Marinate chicken with rice wine, salt & pepper. If you have time, let it marinate for an hour.
Combine all sauce ingredients.
Skewer chicken and green onions, alternating.
Brush chicken with oil.
It's best to oil the grill grates as well with oil on paper towel using tongs.
Preheat the grill medium to high and cook the chicken until both sides are golden brown and cooked through. Lower the heat a few minutes before it's cooked through. Brush on the sauce and finish cooking on low heat.
