Cho-gochujang is a delicious spicy Korean sauce with spicy, sweet and tangy flavors. It’s great with any seafood, cold noodles or vegetables. Try it with steamed veggies like broccoli and asparagus. It’s great with raw fish (회 Hoe, Korean word for raw fish, similar to Japanese sashimi) and steamed or boiled seafood. It makes a delicious sauce for cold noodles and dumplings too.
