- Soak skewers in water.
- Cut chicken into bite sizes.
- Marinate chicken with rice wine, salt & pepper. If you have time, let it marinate for an hour.
- Combine all sauce ingredients.
- Skewer chicken and green onions, alternating.
- Brush chicken with oil.
- It's best to oil the grill grates as well with oil on paper towel using tongs.
- Preheat the grill medium to high and cook the chicken until both sides are golden brown and cooked through. Lower the heat a few minutes before it's cooked through. Brush on the sauce and finish cooking on low heat.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
