Ingredients
  

  • 3 LB Chicken thigh
  • 13 Green Onion
  • 2 tsp Salt Amount may vary depending on the type
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 TBS Rice Wine Optional, can also use white wine
  • Sauce
  • 10 TBS Gochujang
  • 1 TBS Gochugaru
  • 1 TBS Soy Sauce
  • 4 TBS Sugar
  • 2 TBS Garlic
  • 1 TBS Sesame Seeds
  • pinch Black Pepper
  • 3 TBS Vegetable Oil

Instructions
 

  • Soak skewers in water.
  • Cut chicken into bite sizes.
  • Marinate chicken with rice wine, salt & pepper. If you have time, let it marinate for an hour.
  • Combine all sauce ingredients.
  • Skewer chicken and green onions, alternating.
  • Brush chicken with oil.
  • It's best to oil the grill grates as well with oil on paper towel using tongs.
  • Preheat the grill medium to high and cook the chicken until both sides are golden brown and cooked through. Lower the heat a few minutes before it's cooked through. Brush on the sauce and finish cooking on low heat.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds.
